The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) is currently seeking views on a draft Appropriate Assessment of Likely Significant Effects Report for a review of consents for major energy infrastructure projects in light of new Special Protection Area nature conservation designations.
This consultation closing date has been extended by 2 weeks and will now close on 14 February 2023.
