– Changed text under the ‘Transformers’ heading to make it clear that the 2 assumptions are about the fluid in the transformer.
– Changed text under the ‘Relevant equipment’ heading to make it clear that it is ‘relevant equipment’ that must be decontaminated or disposed of after being taken out of use.
