This guidance explains the appropriate measures that regulated facilities permitted to store, treat or transfer (or both) non-hazardous and inert waste should consider.
The following update has been made:
– Under section 2.1, appropriate measure 1, maintaining management system documentation, the Environment Agency has changed ‘climate change risk assessment, if required’ to ‘climate change risk assessment and adaptation plan’ and added an appropriate hyperlink.
