Crown Estate Scotland has updated its guidance on applying for Carbon Dioxide Transportation and Storage.
In Scotland, the seabed rights to carbon dioxide (CO2) transportation and storage from 0-200nm are administered by Crown Estate Scotland. Crown Estate Scotland can grant certain rights in respect of the seabed for CO2 storage and transportation infrastructure.
