Post Implementation Review (PIR) of the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) Regulations 2014

The 2014 MLC regulations form part of the UK’s approach to ensuring the safety and protection of seafarers on UK flagged vessels and foreign flagged vessels whilst in the UK.

The Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) has published a PIR of the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) Regulations 2014.
