This guidance from the Environment Agency (EA) details when you cannot transfer radioactive waste because of coronavirus (COVID-19) business disruption.
The EA has extended the expiry date to 31st March 2022 and clarified that using this RPS does not alter your legal obligations under the relevant legislation but that the Environment Agency will not normally take enforcement action if the conditions in the RPS are met.
