The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has published a product safety alert regarding the Ocean Reef dual tank valve.
The product poses a serious risk of asphyxiation as the results from testing indicated that the dual tank valve restricted the flow of gas to the mask and diver.
The product is also not CE marked and there is no Declaration of Conformity.
The product does not meet the Personal Protective Equipment (Enforcement) Regulations 2018.
