The Sectoral Marine Planning team from the Scottish Government are currently seeking views to help with the development of a new Sectoral Marine plan for offshore wind energy, specifically for smaller innovation projects and projects targeting the electrification of oil and gas infrastructure, in Scottish waters which is a key component of Scotland’s progress to decarbonisation and a transition to net zero.
The consultation closes on 20th October 2021.
