Open Consultation: Draft Merchant Shipping (Nuclear Ships) Regulations 2021

The Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) is currently seeking views on the proposed Merchant Shipping (Nuclear Ships) Regulations 2021, which will transpose chapter VIII of the SOLAS convention, 1974 into UK law. Views are also sought on the draft MGN.

The consultation closes at 11:45pm on 5th October.
