The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has published a new webpage that focuses on its recent enforcement efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic. The report details how the HSE has reorganised and refocused its resources to meet this unprecedented challenge, provides information on the Enforcement Management Model (EMM) that is used to guide regulating actions and summarises the findings of a formal review conducted in April 2021.
