The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) has published a table containing a list of each installation’s free allocation for the 2021 to 2025 allocation period.
To reduce the risk of carbon leakage, operators covered by the UK Emissions Trading Scheme (UK ETS) with a valid application are provided with a free allocation of allowance.
Your installation will not be included in the table if either of the following apply:
– your application has been marked as invalid
– your installation is part of the Hospital and Small Emitter or Ultra-Small Emitter opt-out schemes
