The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is currently seeking views on the Dangerous Goods in Harbour Areas Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/721) (DGHAR 2016) and whether the regulations have achieved their original objectives and remain the best option for achieving those objectives.
The consultation closes on 24th March 2021.
