BEIS OPRED has published updated guidance and spreadsheets for the OSPAR Annual Reporting on the phase-out of hazardous substances. Relevant stakeholders must complete the spreadsheets for the Substitution Chemical annual reporting for 2020.
The relevant information can be found under the Offshore Chemicals Regulations 2002 section under the heading ‘Reporting requirements’ on the gov.uk web page ‘Oil and gas: offshore environmental legislation’.
The completed forms should be submitted by 26th February 2021.
