BEIS OPRED has published a notice to ensure that operators have the necessary information to enable them to remain in compliance with their EU ETS permit to the end of Phase III (30th April 2021). The notice is also intended to provide clarity on the compliance requirements operators have from 1st January 2021 to enable them to continue monitoring and reporting accordingly.
