These Regulations place additional restrictions and requirements on those living and working in Scotland due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This includes requiring a person who is responsible for a place of worship, carrying on a business or providing a service to take measures, where reasonably practicable, to minimise the risk of exposure to coronavirus. The regulations also provide a list of places where wearing of a face covering must be worn.
