Environmental Management Act
This Act was updated on 1 July 2019.
In addition to administrative changes and articles coming into force, an amendment to Article 16.35c was made relating to the powers and actions of the Emissions Authority regarding recovery of unduly paid allowances.
Amendments were also made relating to the electronic national asbestos monitoring system.
