Working Conditions Decree
This Decree was updated on 1 January 2019.
Article 4.2. Paragraph 9 now states that the hazardous substances referred to in Article 4.2 paragraph 2 are to be included in the risk assessment and evaluation for employees. Each hazardous substance should also have a reference to a Safety Data Sheet referred to in Article 31 of Dir 1907/2006 REACH.
There have also been Administrative changes to Violations Article 9.9b.
