SI 2017/582 The Offshore Petroleum Production and Pipe-lines (Environmental Impact Assessment and other Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 (link)
Please be reminded that these regulations are now in force and amend a series of EIA-related, and other, regulations already in force.
The amended regulations are:
– SI 2000/1928 Pipe-line Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2000.
– SI 2001/1754 Offshore Petroleum Activities (Conservation of Habitats) Regulations 2001.
– SI 2015/385 Offshore Petroleum Licensing (Offshore Safety Directive) Regulations 2015.
