SI 2016/1154 The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (link)
The newly published Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 set out an environmental permitting and compliance regime that applies to various activities and industries. The new Regulations serve to consolidate and replace the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010, which have been amended numerous times since their publication. Beyond consolidating the 2010 Regulations, there is little material change to the content of the Regulations.
