OGA: Consultation on proposed Financial Penalty Guidance (link)
This consultation seeks views regarding the amount of the financial penalty to be imposed by a financial penalty notice by the OGA, under the Energy Act 2016.
The OGA invites written views and comments on the proposed guidance, to be made by 5pm on 3 November 2016.
