General Aviation Air Navigation Order Review – Final public consultation
The Air Navigation Order (ANO – link) forms the legal foundation for almost all areas of civil aviation that are still regulated at national level. The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is carrying out a review all aspects of the ANO that could impact on a General Aviation activity.
As part of this process the CAA has launched a consultation on simplifying many of the national rules and regulations that affect UK General Aviation and on the proposed changes in the revised ANO.
