DECC has revised the existing charging schemes for the Offshore Chemicals Regulations 2002 (link), the Offshore Petroleum Activities (Oil Pollution Prevention and Control) Regulations 2005 (link), the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Regulations 2012 (link) and the Offshore Combustion Installations (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Regulations 2013 (link).
