MSN 1850 (M) Maritime Labour Convention, 2006: Health and Safety Reporting of Occupational Diseases (link)
This notice sets out the requirements for reporting ocupational diseases, as required by the Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Health and Safety at Work) Regulations (SI 1997/2962). These Regulations have recently been amended by the Merchant Shipping (Maritme Labour Convention) (Health and Safety) (Amendment) Regulations 2014, and this Notice reflects those changes.
