Guidance Document for the Offshore Industry on the F-Gases Regulation (EC) No. 842 / 2006 (link)
The purpose of this guidance document is to set out the various requirements on Operators under the EU F-Gases Regulation that will be enforced offshore by the Offshore Oil & Gas Environment and Decommissioning Branch (OGED) of DECC’s Energy Development Unit (EDU).
This updated version of the guidance, issued by DECC, replaces the previous version issued in February 2013.
