This document explains the requirements of the draft Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations 2013.
It is intended for businesses, public and third sector organizations and individuals involved in the sale, purchase and disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) from 1 January 2014.
This interim guidance will be reviewed at a later date, following the publication of a final European Commission guidance document on the WEEE Directive.
