SI 2013/3169 The Air Navigation (Amendment) Order 2013 (link)
This Order further amends the Air Navigation Order 2009 (link). The amendments relate to: student pilots (article 3); flight time for helicopter ‘flying logs’ (article 4); designation of the CAA as the competent authority (article 5); and offences relating to relevant operator’s certificates.
