SI 2012/1889 The Waste (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 (link)
These Regulations amend the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 (link) in order to ensure proper transposition of EU Directive 2008/98/EC.
Regulations 13 and 14(2) of the 2011 Regulations – Duties in relation to collection of waste and Duty in relation to collected waste respectively – are substituted.
