This Scottish statutory instrument amends The Storage of Carbon Dioxide (Licensing etc.) Regulations 2011 (link).
Several new definitions and interpretations are added to the ‘Interpretation’ section, a new section on ‘Inspections and Enforcement’ is inserted and the section on ‘Powers of Inspectors’ is expanded.
