Oil Pollution Emergency Plan Regulatory Submission Sheet
This regulatory submission sheet must be completed and included with any Oil Pollution Emergency Plan (OPEP) submitted to DECC as part of the review and approval process associated with the following Regulations:
Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution, Preparedness Response and Co-operation Convention) Regulations 1998
The Offshore Installations (Emergency Pollution Control) Regulations 2002.
