SI 2009/3216 The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2009
Regulation 2(2) amends paragraph 8 of the Schedule to the Regulations so that details of EEE put on the market intended for use by private households are reported quarterly and details of other EEE put on the market are reported annually.
